Junk Removal in Washington, D.C.

We used Kramer's Residential Junk Removal service during June 2022 and it was a memorable process. It was our first time using this type of service and we spoke directly with Austin about what the process would look like. He gave clear instructions for what we needed to do on our end in order to ensure a smooth transition working with both he and his team. Definitely would recommend their service, thank you

Kramer Enterprises has done a great job with our trash and recycling collection for several years. We've never had any problems. The service just works like it should. Never needs any attention, which is how it should be.

We are a cooperative in DC so dont have Dept of Public Works services. Kramer has been reliable, efficient and responsive. If there's a service glitch (weather/holidays) they adjust without delay. We're glad they serve us. Friendly Neighbors Cooperative NW Washington, DC

Kramer has always been on time and fairly priced. His crews are courteous, hard working and all about getting the job done. I would not hesitate to use their services.

Always did an excellent job!

Very reliable and always on time. The owner is very professional and personable. The whole staff is great and glad to have them.

Kramer is a reliable trash removal company. After years of frustration with another company I tried Kramer on a referral. So glad I did. Everything concerning trash removal has become stress free they are also responsive when I have requested special services.

Great price and responsive team. Our condo association is happy with Kramer.

Great affordable trash service for a small condo building!

Prompt service good price easy to deal with. This company is a winner

Kramer Enterprises continually provides consistent, proactive, and timely service, with a high-quality result for all of our clients. Kramer Enterprises is our 'go to' vendor for trash, recycling, and bulk hauling services.

Kramer came at just the right moment for us. Another service provider had increased prices to astronomical levels and we, as rental property owners, were desperate to get our cost down but not compromise service for our tenants. From day one Kramer has been extremely responsive. Always replying promptly and providing reasonable quotes that ultimately had us cancelling our other service even when it cost us an early termination fee. The first few weeks it took them second to get the route down but every time we asked about the schedule they responded promptly and helped. Now that those early adjustments are done it's just worked, no issues, not tenant questions. Thank you!

Wow. I had to help out a friend and called them within 24 hours. I needed help to take out everything from a friend’s row house. They packaged everything in bags and separated for donation versus trash including furniture clothes etc. they were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently and were so kind and caring .

Great company, very reliable, always ready to service Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia

Great company easy to work with always helpful

Kramer Enterprises did an awesome job. I'm very happy with the work they did from beginning to end. I had some bulk trash that I needed someone to pick up and I messaged Kramer Enterprises. Ana the dispatcher contacted me very quick and answered all the questions I had and she scheduled her team to come the next day to pick the trash. When the team came they were professional and picked up every single little piece of trash. I would highly recommend Kramer Enterprises.

I am President of the Board at our condominium Association with 20+ years of experience. Kramer is the most responsive trash-collection company we have ever had. Their price for twice-a-week collection (of regular trash, and, separately, recycling), is very reasonable. Most importantly, their collection team actually gets the job done consistently and without complaint. We are in DC, and for any building considering their waste management contract, I give Kramer my highest recommendation.
