We used Kramer's Residential Junk Removal service during June 2022 and it was a memorable process. Kramer Enterprises has done a great job with our trash and recycling collection for several years. We've never had any problems. The service just works like it should. Never needs any attention, which is how it should be.

Kramer came at just the right moment for us. Another service provider had increased prices to astronomical levels and we, as rental property owners, were desperate to get our cost down but not compromise service for our tenants. From day one Kramer has been extremely responsive. Always replying promptly and providing reasonable quotes that ultimately had us cancelling our other service even when it cost us an early termination fee. The first few weeks it took them second to get the route down but every time we asked about the schedule they responded promptly and helped. Now that those early adjustments are done it's just worked, no issues, not tenant questions. Thank you!

Wow. I had to help out a friend and called them within 24 hours. I needed help to take out everything from a friend’s row house. They packaged everything in bags and separated for donation versus trash including furniture clothes etc. they were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently and were so kind and caring .
