Wanna hear about customer service? I called them this morning to let them know they missed the recycling pick up earlier in the week. The owner responded immediately said he will take care of it and within 30 minutes came in in his own pick up truck and got our recycling. Obviously, I did not expect him to do this, but the fact that he did floored me. Please don’t be bought by one of the big companies….

Austin runs a stellar business with Kramer Enterprises. He and his crew are VERY attentive to client requests and service is always completed the business day following the request. I cannot recommend them enough!
Kramer is great! they took over most of our disposal/recycling contracts for several properties after the acquisitions of other haulers interrupted services for extended periods of times, Kramer was able to substitute them immediately and alleviate the issues. Also very responsive and doesn't mind meeting with me to review any issues.

I rate it with 5 stars because I can't rate it 10. Kramer has been the answer to all of my problems. Working with them has been forgetting about Trash and Recycling because they do their job so well I don't have to chase them. I fully recommend them. Responsive, reliable, fair prices, you name it, they have it all.

I’ve personally been able to interact with the owner Kramer Enterprise. He goes above and beyond to get whatever job is presented even if he has to get it done himself. Not only does Kramer Enterprises haul trash but they also have the capacity to do demolition. I highly recommend this company for any type of job involving trash removal, construction trash removal, demolition, etc.

The best removal service around! Incredibly responsive, always on time, and they clean up too! I wouldn't trade them for the world and we have been able to replace our previously existing contractor with Kramer and it was the best decision.

Austin is extremely responsive. He took care of two last minute clean out jobs for me this week. The team was efficient and everything went very smoothly. They dealt with a number of challenges including taking apart and removing a large piece of furniture, as well as removing big shelves and heavy cans of paint from an awkward attic space.

Kramer Enterprises saved the day for me and my seller! We had a mix of trash that need to be hauled and the seller made a bulk pickup request from the county. Two days before closing we found out they never came! Kramer enterprises had a great quote and a quick turnaround for our closing. Can’t recommend enough!

This is a great company. I have used them at 10+ buildings since Tenleytown sold to Republic. They are a local company, they pickup the trash and recycle on time, they are competitively priced, they let you know when there are problems, and they are able to work around the idiosyncrasies that are common with historic buildings. They make my life easier.

I work as a property manager, I began working with Kramer in 2022 when all other trash companies were failing and charging outrageous prices for small communities. Ever since then I've contracted their services with as many buildings as I can given their proven work history. Any problems I have I'm able to speak directly with a manager to get my issues resolved. Mistakes happen as will all companies but the manner in which they address problems is a relief as a property manager. Highly recommend.
