Austin is extremely responsive. He took care of two last minute clean out jobs for me this week. The team was efficient and everything went very smoothly. They dealt with a number of challenges including taking apart and removing a large piece of furniture, as well as removing big shelves and heavy cans of paint from an awkward attic space. Wanna hear about customer service? I called them this morning to let them know they missed the recycling pick up earlier in the week. The owner responded immediately said he will take care of it and within 30 minutes came in in his own pick up truck and got our recycling.
