I work as a property manager, I began working with Kramer in 2022 when all other trash companies were failing and charging outrageous prices for small communities. Ever since then I've contracted their services with as many buildings as I can given their proven work history. Any problems I have I'm able to speak directly with a manager to get my issues resolved. Austin is extremely responsive. He took care of two last minute clean out jobs for me this week. The team was efficient and everything went very smoothly. They dealt with a number of challenges including taking apart and removing a large piece of furniture, as well as removing big shelves and heavy cans of paint from an awkward attic space.
